Analysis assignment (week 5)

-Two versions (museum route & shopping route) of the poster: 6 x 8 m

-No prominent text usage (exception of names)

-Route line as primary indicator for direction is not allowed

-No arrow(likes) allowed

-No legenda usage

-Differences between the two versions should be subtle

Deadlines/Deliverables:
23 May digital concept
26 May during lecture, A3 copy of concept
23 June Final design hand-in and presentation

Our basic ideas:
Transform top view to perspective view

Use Color, Angular perspective, Blur for guiding

This concept can be emphasized by using exagerated perspective like semi-fisheye effect; the idea is to direct them through perspective, instead of signs or dominant colour usage.

  1. The abstract picture of the concept looks nice! I like the blur in combination with the strong color - it's affective. But I wonder if there is a specific reason to why you choose angular perspective? Does it contribute to guiding?

  2. As our concept, with angular perspective, long stroke and short stroke's differences will give different information view for visitors.
People will see clearly the buildings on long
stroke compare with short one. But that's just an idea now, we will make it works better,
    later~

By the way^"^I like your head picture Natalia~

  3. O thanks :)

I didn't see it before, but now I see long and short stroke that you mentioned. Then it's really unconscious effect - I like it!
